Submission of a service request, legal documents, or payment does not constitute acceptance of an assignment. No new assignment is accepted until expressly confirmed by an authorized representative of Priority One Process Service, Inc.

If you are making a payment toward an existing invoice, outstanding account balance, or previously accepted assignment, you may proceed with your payment as usual.
Payment toward an existing account does not constitute acceptance of any new or additional assignment.
